New KPI: Work Orders Stayed Open for 10+ Days

The new KPI, Work orders open for 10+ days, is available in release R2025e (July 2025). It is a complete rework of the current KPI with better features.

• Menu path: Dashboard | Summary | WO Open for 10+ Days.
• The count of work orders in the past three (3) weeks is shown.
• Reporting date can be changed to show past three (3) weeks of data by a new reporting date
• List drill-down is available.
• Multi-site KPI is provided.
• The KPI can be configured including the number of days open to report, number of days in the past to report, and padding days with no data in the chart.

Multi-site drill-down is provided to present the KPI for up to 6 sites in side-by-side layout.
