When to Use the "Create Closed WO" Menu Option

A new menu "Create Closed WO" is available in the coming release of R2026d (June 2026). The menu may be used to create work orders that have been completed and reviewed. There is no need to review these work orders. Calem will close them in a few days.

• Menu path: Work Order | Create WO | Create Closed WO
• A work order is created in completed status so one may report time worked and parts used.
• The work order will be closed by Calem within 3 days (the duration may be adjusted - see Admin Guide).
• Supervisors may skip reviewing these work orders (with "Is-Closed?" checked - screenshot below).
