This privacy policy defines the privacy practices for Calem Enterprise including Calem web sites, CalemEAM at App Store and Google Play, and Calem Offline at Google Play.

1.1 Calem Enterprise does not collect personally identifiable information from users who install CalemEAM and Calem Offline from App Store or Google Play.

1.2 Calem Enterprise does not collect personally identifiable information from users who use Calem Applications for production or trial.

1.3 Calem Enterprise can be used to store personal information, photos and files under user direction.

2. Mobile Device Access

2.1 Calem Enterprise may use device camera to take photos when directed by users. Calem Enterprise does not use device camera without user interaction.

2.2 Calem Enterprise may use browse device photo albums when directed by users. Calem Enterprise does not access photo albums without user interaction.

3. Information Ownership and Access

3.1 Calem Enterprise customers own the information created by their users including personal information, photos and files.

3.2 The information created by customers will not be shared with any third party outside of our organization unless authorized by customers.
