Online support tools are available for customers and partners. Customers and partners manage support cases, and learn about features in upcoming releases.
  • Manage support cases. You can submit new support cases, collaborate with CalemEAM support experts on open cases, and keep track of cases that have been resolved.
  • Monitor CalemEAM releases. You have access to new features in the coming releases as they are worked on by CalemEAM engineering team. You can also monitor the progresses of milestones for new releases.
