How to Report Work Order Status Duration

​In the coming release of R21a planned for April 2021, work order status duration is available in the status log:

• Menu path: Work Order | Open WO (or another work order list) | Go to a work order | More dropdown menu | Status Log
• The "Duration (hours)" column shows the duration in hours of a work order in the "To status".
• The "Exit Time" shows the time when the "To status" exits.
• For the current status that is not a terminal status (such as closed, or canceled), the current time is used to calculate the "Duration (hours)".
